IN-STORE PICK UP

You can avoid the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with pick-up instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 10 am to 6 pm on Monday to Friday, and 10 am to 2 pm on Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come. 

LOCAL DELIVERY

We are working with UPS. And you can choose the shipping options when you check out. If you are located in Ontario the shipment should arrive within 3 business days for Standard Shipping, and 1 business day of Express Shipping. We will contact you via email when your order has been shipped, and you will receive the tracking number along with the email. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We do offer international shipping through UPS. If you are located in the US, the shipping should arrive within 3-5 business days for Standard Shipping and 2-3 business day of Express Shipping. We cannot guarantee the exact shipping time for your package since the shipping time varies depending on UPS.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Linkaa Inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS? 

Confirmation of the order will take up to 24 hours.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation from us that includes your order's tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@linkaa.ca with your name and order number, so we can look into the details for you.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes, please do not put a P.O. Box shipping information as your receiving address. 

MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES

If, by any chance, your package is lost during the shipping process, we will send you a new one at no charge. For any other issues, please contact us at info@linaa.ca for more detail.
