We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have up to 7 days to request a return from the date of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn and unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the original receipt or proof of purchase.
To start the return process, you can contact us at info@linkaa.ca. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are not refundable and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is found defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and correct the issue as soon as possible.
We do not accept returns or exchanges if the product is damaged by the customer.
EXCEPTIONS (NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS)
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us directly if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you currently have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive the refund on your original payment method. Please remember it can take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
To qualify for refund the product should be received in the original packaging and in undamaged condition. Merchandise must be returned in unused, like-new condition.
Carriage costs are not refundable and return carriage is payable by the customer.
We require the original receipt for all returns or exchanges.
All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days we don't accept any return or exchange. No returns for special orders or clearance items. No returns for damaged or used products.
